if power to the maf relays runs through fuel pump relay, with the burnoff(or click of maf relays) still happen if the fp relay is stuffed?
also, if the fp relay is not working, how long/hard will it be to start the car.
Didn't understand the first question. If the fuel pump relay is faulty it might take 3-4 cranks to start. If it does take a while to crank I would check the CSV too. You can troubleshoot the fuel pump relay and CSV to find out what the cause is.
will burnoff occur (or will i Hear the click of the maf relays) when the engine is turned off, after running for more than 5 minutes, if my fuel pump relay is stuffed?
(i am assuming its correct that the maf relays get there power through the fp relay)

OZ, The answer to your burn-off question is yes. The Burn-Off Relay is energized by power directly from the battery through a fusible link and ground supplied by the ECM.
For running, the MAF Power Relay is energized through the redundant supply of power from the Fuel Pump Relay or the Oil Pressure Switch. If your Oil Pressure Switch is good, you can remove your Fuel Pump Relay and the car will start and run. It will just crank longer, because the oil pressure needs to get above ~4psi to close the Oil Pressure Switch and feed power to the Fuel Pump and MAF through and by energizing the MAF Power Relay.
