94 problem -on a quick restart - rough running - ???
a co-worker just stopped by and said a friend of his has a 94 with a problem. seems like it runs fine, but when he shuts it off and restarts it, it runs rough. if he lets it set for an hour or so, its fine. at first i thought it might be an opti-spark issue, but i'm having second thoughts - ??? i was thinking fuel pressure, but, i dont know. almost sounds like a temp problem, but then again - ??? he said the thing isn't throwing any codes... anyone ever have similar problems? comments, etc.. TIA -

Could be a leaky fuel injector I would a fuel pressure check and a pressure hold test to see if there is a leak down.
On a long shot, if it is hot and it is not going into closed loop when it should, it might run to rich.
How long does it run rough before it smoothes out?
