IAC question
On a TPI motor....the IAC valve. should the small plunger rotate freely when its removed from the car...should i be able to rotate it?
Mine i cant...actually i cant move it at all.

The tip is the pintle with the spring going down to the flange. It shouldn't move freely and may take a little force to move it. It can be pulled or pushed back and forth but you should have to pull/push with a little wiggle to move it.
