Both fans turned on at 228...A/C works just fine......is there suppose to be a single fan to turn on at 218 and then two fans at 228? Only two fans turn on for me at 228.....I thought one fan was suppose to cut on earlier??

Main fan is programmed to come on at 227-228 and the auxillary at 9*F warmer than that, or 236-237. Sounds like someone/somehow your aux is coming on with the main fan, not a problem.

No need for a shop manual. I have the stock PCM files. The primary fan comes on at 228 and the aux at 237.

Hmmm - that looks like the F/B Body Specs - If I remember correctly, Y was 217-215 primary; 226-219 Secondary - someone needs to verify from the Manual so that the problem can be diagnosed correctly.

Dude, let it go. I'm right, you're wrong. You're giving false information, and probably making the problem even harder to diagnose.

Do you even have an LTx powered C4?

I quoted it from my FSM, rest assured stl94lt1 and I are giving the correct info. Want to bet anything on it?

If your not the first owner. Almost sounds as if someone has wired it so both fans kick on. Which is OK, that is what I would do with mine. But I have another custom idea for that. My 02.
