LT4 DTC 301 help

I have gotten rid of my DTC 420 and DTC 135 and replaced both O2s on the passenger side. Car now is sporting DTC 301 is this a specific misfire on cyc #1. Any help is appreciated. could the optispark be bad?

DTC 301 is misfire in cylinder #1. Check the plug wire or sparkplug first. An opti problem will usually give a random missfire code.

Thanks Lawrence. That is what I thought but I needed confirm. I just replaced the plugs so it has got to be the wire. From the boot to the optispark is really tuff to reach trying to remove just the one wire. Will give it a whirle.
