Before you replace the horns make sure the problem isn't a blown fuse or bad contacts in the circuit. My horns work but only with the left horn button, the right one is dead. And before you start fooling around with the horn buttons or any part of the steering wheel pull the fuse for the air bags.

Don't think so, both horn buttons work , when I hit them the volt gauge bounces also the right one went first now the left one just blew, get it blew hahahaha

If the volt gauge moved, I think there is definitely something shorting out.
My horns don't work, the actual horns blow, but the horn switch is bad. They go bad on these cars pretty easy since they are just cheap plastic.
Not sure, mine was easy to diagnose, the horn blew till the fuse blew out. My buddy who is a GM Tech said right off it was the switch. The button gets stuck in the "in" position and you could hear it crack when he manuevered it back in to the proper position.
