Default Fuel tank sending unit question
Working on the fuel tank sending unit on an 84 and the wiring in the tank is damaged and needs to be replaced. Can any wire be used or is there special wire that will not breakdown inside the take. Stuff the gas will not eat threw.

Default Wiring kit
I bought a harness wiring kit at advance auto parts for $11.28. Part #888536.
