Has anyone used heads from this companyhttp://sites.reachtheworld.tv/waterNew/default.asp?T=505238&DID=1225
?
Doing some research with Beppe(Conv90) and he discovered this link. Brodix is looking like the preferred set at the moment, but we are both curios about this company.
I knew they sounded familiar. A local guy is running a set on an ls1. I don't know him well enough to find him and pick his brains though. They look like a great head for the buck. Assuming the flow numbers are similar to advertized and the quality is there. Not sure how the got rubber valve seals to fit in a dual spring though.
These heads are 100% CNC ported on INtake, Exhaust and chambers!
10 deg keepers and TITANIUM retainers.
The only doubt are springs and valves that are Patriot brand.
They uses springs good up to .650 lift and springs are Patriot gold.
It seem that the "gold springs", sometimes, are preferred also to the behive comp cam springs...
I read it on the C5 section and Third Gen forum.
---But I don't want to be the really first one to test these heads..:o

price is cheap, it so seems based on what they advertise. E/I across the board 74-76% which is really outstanding. typical aftermarket smallest chamber size of 64cc.
Used to hang out on the LS1 truck forum before I joined up here. I recall reading the combustion chambers were welded up and then machined....Dont recall if the heads were new or worked over used castings...
You get what you pay for though when it comes to cylinder heads
I've used a couple sets of their LSx heads...One set of 5.3's and one set of LS6's... Pretty nice stuff and they flowed very close to what they had on their supplied flow sheets. As it goes though, I still prefer Brian Tooley's work (TEA).

Jeb, do you find it worthwhile, or advisable, to have aftermarket heads milled down from 64cc's to reduce the chambers? Or is this non-effectual for a mostly street-driven car? For instance, later L98's + LT1's being 58cc's.

I mill heads to get desired combustion chamber size all the time... Just remember that if you cut over .020" you'll need to cut the intake manifold too.
