Manifold Bolts
Hey guys got the EM Headers and Im going to begin work this afternoon. The hardest part I'm thinking I will run into is taking off the old rusted manifold bolts. Whats the easiest way to get them off? Is there a solution I can make/use that will get the job done easier? Just looking for some forum secrets that have been used before.

Normally, the manifold to head bolts aren't a big problem. Where you have room, you can give them a whack, square on the head of the bolt to help loosen things up. Don't hit it where you will mess up the hex for wrench engagement. A little PB Blaster, or maybe WD-40 between the head of the bolt and the manifold, and between the manifold and the head, the night before, won't hurt.

I didn't have a problem with mine. I did hit them with the pb blaster before hand though. Just have an assortment of wrench/socket combos along with some extensions and swivels and it should go fine if you aren't in a rush.
