The Miss is Gone!
At first I had a weak fuel pump and a very obvious lean miss. I replaced the fuel pump and it was much better. Then I replaced the MAF and that made a big difference. I almost thought I had it fixed with the MAF because the miss became much less severe and was not always there. I kept taking my buddy for a ride and asking him if he noticed it...it was hard to tell. It also seemed worse when the engine was hot.
I replaced the TPS today and it is perfect all the way to redline !
The car pulls harder too...I wonder if I was not getting full throttle before. It seems to have about 10% more power. Now all I have to do is figure out how to make the ASR happy and have it learn the new TPS voltage.
Anyone know if I can do this without a Tech 1 tool?
