Default Welded Runners/Length & Diameter

Does anyone have the link posted a while back, where the TPI runners were cut open, ported, and a patch welded on? I can't find it in Search.
Also, does anyone know the length and diameter of the runners on a Super-Ram? I'm thinking that with the same intake, same seperate runner length, and with the remaining length of the runners reconfigured into single larger runners. (The stock plenum could used with its openings siamezed.) Maybe this would be a much less expensive, but similar performing intake as the SR? The difference would be the plenum,(which I don't think would make too much difference) and possibly the runner diameter. What do ya think? Thanks

I am not sure if this would be less expensive. It could be if you have the capability to do all the work yourself including welding the aluminum runners back together. If you can't do the work yourself, I think it would be more expensive. Also, those that have reworked their runners have only cut into the two runners about 1 to 1-1/2 inches.

GM also likes to cut costs, I would think that they would have built two large runners instead of the four for each side if they could have saved a buck and be equal or better in performance.

i have pics of my slp runners which i cut open and completely eliminated the dividing wall in the runner. then i patch welded the runners. the plenum was also fully ported and siamesed. if you can post the pics for me . i'll email them to you.
