What causes injector noise?

What causes injector noise?
And can it be fixed? I am planning on sending my injectors in to be dismantled, ultrasonic cleaned, balanced, blueprinted, flow tested, and matched. I have 2 that are a bit noisier than the rest, will it be ok? The company will swap out low-flow injectors to get a matched set, so they may get swapped out anyway, but what causes the noise and is it correctible?

If your injectors are going to Rich at Cruzinperformance, you can ask him. It must come from the moving pintel striking it's seat. Maybe the get loose with wear??

The pintle is steel, and the seat is steel and the solenoid coil is pulsed causing the pintle to lift and a spring and fuel pressure slam it shut. Injectors make noise and it would be expensive to design an injector that doesn't.

My problem is that is all the injectors were the same, then only two wouldn't be considerably louder than the other six. There must be something different about those two, perhaps wear, etc. That's what I'm trying to find out, what wears and whether it is fixable without replacemnet.
