What needs to be changed to allow the early C4's to run on E85 and or have a flex fuel capability ? The way the events are moving in the middle east the availability of gas, as we know it, could change dramatically. It might be a good idea to plan ahead and get our cars ready. Any ideas or suggestions ?
There was a post in OFF TOPIC mabye 4 months ago by a guy living overseas and he said he gets a tax break for using E85 fuel. He had the conversion done to his c5. Change required new fuel lines, injectors, etc.. It also require a retune of the computer but the problem with the C5 was there was only one fuel table and the computer/car couldn't detect if he was using e85 or gas. So he could only burn e85.
