What do you guys think about this tc. Is there a way you can the quality? Going to start searching for one soon.

I have no first hand dealings with that company or converter.
$199 for a converter is cheap. Very, very cheap. If I read the ad correctly, that is for a NON lockup converter.
I would never personally use a non lock up on a street car. Lock up allows for a cooler running trans and approx 2 mpg.
Also, if you do choose to eliminate lock up, the lock up valve in the transmission front pump must be changed. Otherwise, trans wil burn up a in the future. Non lock up valve is approx $40+ shipping if memory serves.
If you are looking for a budget converter, may I suggest Brian @ www.oregonperformance.com. I have used his cheaper models with decent success. If you are looking for a high quality lock up converter, I have a source for those. PM me if you like.
