Ecm For Ls1 Motor
I have been offered a LS1 motor and tranny without ECM, which I am considering for my 88 C4, and have a couple of questions.
I. Does anyone know where I can buy the EC unit?
2. Any idea what a new one costs
3. How safe is it to buy used from a junk yard

dude... you are in South Africa? Damn, the shipping alone will be a bitch.
With that said, some of the late 90s Firebird/Camaro V8 PCMs should be ok.
Does Holden (Australian GM) sell cars there? If so, I would suspect that might work, too.
You getting a harness with this engine? expect upwards of $800.00 USC for this.

What year engine?
I got one ecm already programmmed for a 98 corvette which went in my 66 corvette. the engine will work but making it work with a 88 will be complicated. Send me a pm if interested. $300.00
