Check out Aerospace Engineering, a friend & I worked with them to develope a bolt on C4 brake setup. Lost 32 lbs. off the front and works great for a drag car. I understand some guys here on the forum have adapted the Strange brakes but I haven't seen them yet. One good thing about the Strange setup is a one piece rotor.
