Default ECM problem?

Last night I finished putting my 91 back together, ford 24# injectors, intake gaskets, thermastat, ect. Ok it started, running great, checking for leaks, noted the temp was gettig up and the fans did not come on ,so I turned it off, disconected battery, reconnected, fans came on when I turned key to on.Try to start ,spin no start, fuel preasure at rail,43#,spark from distributer good, injectors not activating, checked ecm fuse, good,195 thermastat, turned of at 240.I'm thinking it it may be the ecm.I think I will try unpluging the ecm spraying with contact cleaner and hope for the best.Any other suggestions would be great.
Thanks,
Randall

Did you check the injector fuses and purge the air out of the radiator?

Look into your fuse block and you will see two fuses labeled injectors. One fuse is for the left cylinder bank and the other is for the right bank. Check both of these for continuity. The easiest way to purge the trapped air from the thermostat area is to drill two 1/16 inch holes in the body of the thermostat. This will allow trapped air to escape and get coolant where it should be. Other purging methods are a real "bitch" to do...my opinion.
