OBDII scan tools
I'm just curious if there are any advantages to the Auto X-ray line of scanners versus a Proscan, Cen Tech, or Actron? What is the difference? And eventually I plan on getting an LT1 edit software to customize a performance tune. What kinds of features do I need to look out of an OBDII scanner?
At the current moment I am in need of one to help trouble shoot a 1661 code that made me fail MO emissions standards. Any help is appreciated.

I have an Auto Xray EZ Scan 6000. It's nice, does what it says. But it's not that great for recording. It only records 30 frames at a max rate of 2 frames per second. That's really not enough for performance analyzing, just for troubleshooting problems.
I doubt any handheld scanner that's less than $1,000 will do very serious datalogging.
