Difference between 85 and 86 Exhaust?

Difference between 85 and 86 Exhaust?
There's a magnaflow exhaust for sale on the forum for n 86. I'm interested in it but I have a 85. What would it take to make it fit? Large scale operation or just a little garage engineering? Thanks in advance for the info. I know someone around here has done this probably a couple dozen times.

I took a look at the exhaust in question. It should work and I'm sure a muffler shop could fabricate it on for you. Do a little research on the web at at popular corvette item sites. You might find the right answer.

An exhaust shop should be able to weld it right up for you, but the difference is the main cat.
One is slip-fit, other is bolt-in.
