Significant hesitation on acceleration
I have a 94 with an LT1 and a 6 speed.
When I am driving at a constant speed and try to accelerate there is a
pretty significant hesitation or stumble of the engine.
I can feel the hesitation or shudder through whole car.
Any thoughts.

You could check a dozen things trying to find the problem, or just go ahead and change the optispark and solve the problem. Worked for me.

Why not attach a fuel pressure guage and tape it to your windshield. Go driving and watch the guage when you accelerate. Could be that the fuel pump is failing when the demand is high. Also might want to install a new fuel filter. Sounds like your not getting enough spark, air, or fuel at the right time. Is the SES light on or have you tried using a scanner to view engine/sensor function?
