I put a Corsa Catback on my '93 about a month ago but I've never had the opportunity to hear the exhaust from outside of the car.

Yesterday my sister in law came over and her and my wife decided to go for a ride in the Vette. She stomped on the gas pulling out of the driveway and I couldn't believe the sound that came out of that car. Holy crap. I had NO IDEA it was that loud. I was impressed to say the least.

Same thing happened to me. It sounds way different outside of the car.

Yeah i am always told my 94 is very loud if i put the boot into it, its not that loud at all inside the car though. I very rarely ever hear it from outside!! (sounds like a totally different car)

Sweet! A cat back system is what I hope Santa to bring! Any regrets on the Corsa system? Did you install it your self?

Yes, I did the install myself. I posted a thread, including some pics, about a month or so ago. It was a very easy install. I don't remember exactly how long it took me, but I think it was around two and a half or three hours. That time was spent very leisurely, taking pics, and drinking a few beers along the way. It could have been done much quicker if I rushed.

I have no regrets about choosing Corsa, especially after hearing what it really sounds like over the weekend. I really like the way the tips look too.

I've had my 1994 383 stroker LT1 with Corsa exhaust a couple months, and have not had the opportunity to hear it from outside the car driving, I'm the only driver but I know that is sounds good from inside and looks killer.

And with the 6 speed it probably sounds that much better.

RonVette2, you owe it to yourself to find someone to drive your car for you at least once. The previous posters weren't exagerating when they said it sounds like a different car.

Thanks for posting those pics too. I was thinking about adding some chrome bumber letters to match the exhaust tips. You just made up my mind for me.

I'll have my wife take it up the road soon, I am very curious to hear it now that I have heard from all of you. Yeah those "CORVETTE" decals came in a set front and rear for like $14 from Mid Amer. I liked them better then the ones that you see that stick out of the impression:

If you want to see the front ones too and about 85 other cool pictures of my Vette check out this custom page I built for it on my website here: Rons 1994 383 Stroker LT1 Competition Yellow 6 Speed Corvette
