courtesy light switch
Is it an easy job to take the courtesy light switch out of the door jamb? My lights worked when I bought this'87 two months ago but stopped working until this past Tues. Now they are not working again. Thanks.

I have to wonder if the problem is your door jam switch, or your light timer circuit, that keeps the interior lights on for around 30 seconds or so, after you close the door. Door jam is a good place to start. I have not had mine out, so I can't tell you how much of a job it is. When it comes to my corvette. I just accept it's gonna be a _itch...

I had the same problem on my 94. I tried this and the problem corrected itself.
