I've reviewed many of the threads to research my problem, but none seem to explain what I've got...
First....86 Indy Pace Car, Manual Climate Control.
When I first start the car and turn on the A/C everything works fine. The air is cold and the fan "speed" is good. About 30 minutes into the drive, the air is still cold, but the fan "speed" starts to slow down. I can hear the fan blowing but the air is not flowing very good. The diverter keeps the air in the dash vents....no air at defrost or floor. It just seems to loose something between the inlet and the vents.

Any ideas........???
Your post is a little confusing do you mean fan "speed" or airflow? If the fan speed sounds normal the evaporator may be freezing restricting airflow. Sometimes this condition will show up as an usual amount of condensation water after you shut the car off. I don't know how evaporator temp is controlled on your car, some systems cycle the clutch others regulate refrigerant flow. SunCR seems to be our resident A/C guru, I'll bet he can help, good luck.
