1996 lt4 with code p0372-opti?
i just installed em long tubes on my lt4 and it started missing-backfiring-ect... i got code 0372 and im wondering if it could be the opti. thanks for any help.

It is the code for the high resolution circuit to the pcm from the opti. It is the purple/white wire from the opti to the pcm. Pin 20 on the pcm and pin B on the opti. I would check to ensure good continuity by ohming this wire out on both ends before you blame the opti. The optical portion of the opti is actually less likely to fail than the high voltage side, but if moisture somehow got into the opti, then anything can and will go wrong.
