As funny as it may sound, i was very happy see my SES light come on! See my thread i posted a week ago http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1469816
I was relieved that i finally had some clues to my problem.
Weird thing is, my car drove great today!!! No miss, got 27mpg down the hwy with A/C on, some traffic, couple toll booths. My problem from last week just disappeared, though I got the codes cruisin down the hwy. All i did was dump some fuel injector cleaner in 7 gal of gas. the codes dont seem related to each other. Is my ECM going bad? EGR valve is less than a yr old, so is the ECM (still under warrenty). Thanks.
Regarding code 32...it may be the EGR switch, it was in my case. And the code 42 could be the ignition control module, pull it and have Autozone check it for you, make sure they run it through 10 cycles, they show there ugly head of failing once they get hot.
