Default clearance ploblem

Ok so im ramping up for my twin turbo project and of course I'm going to have hood clearance problems. My plan is to put the turbos where the ac pump and alternator are located im going to run the victor efi manifold and a Wilsons manifold 100deg elbow with a single bore throttle body. What I would like to do is use the Toledo pro cowl hood for a 1984 because of the extra clearance it gives but im not sure it will just bolt up. Have any of you used an 84 hood on your 85 or newer car? If so were there any problems with mounting?

I would suggest moving the turbos forward and down a bit so they sit more behind the radiator. But I think you'll still have to relocate the alternator and what not. I'm not sure the V design will give you any more room up infront of the engine. You are talking about the first foot after the headlights and the V shaped one looks less cut out than the normal hood.

I can put the turbos forward and down more. where I really need the room is in the back im going to run the intake pipe in the dash on the passenger side into a water to air intercooler back out and into the manifold
