Sometime ago sometime someone posted a replacement gasket and filter kit for the old DNE OD unit. I beleive it was a Ford automatic tranny filter and gasket but I can't remember which one. Someone please repost this information.
The Ford tranny was the FMX. Typically found in some early 70's F150's Torinos, some Cougars and a few others. Carquest #85926
I don't use a gasket, just clean the pan rails (straighten them) and the tranny case and use some black RTV. Tighten the bolts evenly.
Be careful with the rubber grommet on the filter, the filter doesn't come with one so you may be looking for a replacement if the one in there breaks. IIRC, there was a separate thread about the rubber grommet and where to get them.
