It's my understanding that they have stickers for all cars built since 1982. I ordered one for my '96 along with build sheet. The stickers are very nice and worth the few dollars they charge. For another 5 bucks they will lamintate it. It's the best way to learn exactly what options your car came with and the MSRP. Highly recommended.
Larry, that was the cost of the Aux Fan back in '86. That option was included in the Z51 package cost, but was only available on coupes. I instructed the dealer to add all available options. The C68 Electronic Climate Control was also only available on coupes.
I bought the sticker for my '86 from NCM and I slap it on the windshield at car shows. At least 20 people stop and check out the sticker price without fail every time. I even heard some idiot point to my car and tell his wife "look, there's one of those brand new 2006 Corvettes". The usual response is "I had no idea how expensive these cars were back in '86". Lets face it, the price tag for a brand new base coupe was the mid to low 30's until the late 90's and only in the past five years have significantly increased. Sorry to get off the topic somewhat but the sticker is definately worth it.
id love to know the exact cost of my car in 87.... i estimated about 36 nearly to 37 grand (looking off the build sheet) but they seem to list some stuff twice (z52 cost, then individual z52 components cost), so i didnt take into acount a lot of stuff listed

A fully optioned '87 Coupe with Z52 and Dual Roof Panels would have been $32,599. I'm pretty sure Destination was the same as '86 at $475 for a total of $33,074. Two-tone paint would have added another $428, but yours looks to be single color.
But to know for sure, get on to the NCM and order your sitcker!
