Hypertech performance chip???
Can anybody tell me if this is worth the money? I would like a little more HP for my 91 L98 and was told this would be an option.

I bought a chip from them before ever learning about the Forum. I fought the dreaded "PING" problem for the next couple of years. I finally had a custom chip done by TJ Wong up in Vancouver Washington. He tested the Hypertech chip as the base line and found that it was advancing the timing to over 43 degrees and was elinimating fuel....can you say LEAN 
. My "PING" problem was the damn chip!!!!
Spend you money for a custom chip from TJ Wong or Alvin. It will be money well spend and worth every penny.
