fog!
I'm having problems with condensation building up on the outside of my 1990 windshield. im thinking there is something wrong with the airconditioner... seeing that it ALWAYS blows through the defrost vent. I've been told that there is a switch that needs to be replaced. my only problem is i dont know what switch or where it is. This will be my first project on a corvette so i want to be sure i don't screw anything up.

Fix the AC controller so it doesn't always blow thru the defrost vents and the fog on the windshield will go away until you select defrost.

You can control the fog by controlling the temperature control (cold-hot). If it is set on cold, you will see increased fog. Move it closer to center and you will see less fog. By the way, does your system have a MAX setting? I don't use my MAX unless I really get desperate.
