Front end rattle
I have a good rattle in the front end that rattles even on rough roads. It seems to be coming from the left front wheel assembly. I have replaced Balljoints and shocks, checked and tightened fender bolts and body parts. I think it is coming from the cross leaf spring in the front, and the jounce bushing is worn. Has anyone else dealt with this?

Check the "Anti-Rattle Clip" that is supposed to be atttached to the brake pads. It is a little curly-Q shaped metal piece that slips onto the pad. They sometimes give up and either break off from metal fatigue or even fall off.
The disk brakes are a free floating design and without the clips to provide tension will make a hell of a noise.
