Default Treasures

OK group, I have never posted here and have only replied twice in form.
Treasures are close and need a new home.
I have been negotiating for C2's.
The owner wants to sell some of the group of cars excluding the 64 fuelie roadster.
The cars are 63 split window, 66 roadster, 69 roadster.
The 69 is almost all gone sitting in the weather.
The 63 and 66 are both in rough shape; all cars are salvage and have been sitting for decades, no engines, lots of missing parts.
At one time, I thought they where not worth doing anything with.
But when you see the cars, they just mesmerize you, as if they are saying "rescue me".
The owner mumbled 10K for the whole lot, I think for the condition of the cars he might be high, not smoking just high on price.
With the current boom in these cars he may be right.
I cannot explain all the detail of the cars because readers will become bored with the thread.
All cars are extremely rough!!
I drive a 95 six speed, but I love old cars the best.
Crusty old cars have a story to tell, what do you think their worth?

you might get a better response form the C2 or C3 forum. sounds like you found something, though. as long as you can get it for a good price. good luck
