Underdrive???

Maybe a stupid question, but when you get underdrive pulleys are the pulleys bigger or smaller? I need a smaller crank pulley and waterpump pulley I think. My electric idea is taking too much work so I'm going a different route.

Crank would be smaller and all others (optional) would be larger to underdrive.

Mid America sells them, as does a few others. I just picked one up on Ebay.

What year and engine do you need one for? I have one for an L98 at home I would be willing to sell.
