'91 auto tachfilter (exact)location?

'91 auto tachfilter (exact)location?
I purchased a tachfilter for my '91, but when it arrived the package says it fits thru 91, but the instructions says it's thru 89.I e-mailed them as to what to do, but I haven't received a response. What's up with that?
I have also checked, very well, for the one supposedly on my vette, only to come up short.
I can see something that looks exactly like the one that they advertise for the 92-93's(and it looks factory).

I found mine way down behind the drivers side head,was hell to get to ,so I just ran a new tach wire,bypassed the filter,and all is well.I could'nt find a filter for my 91 ether so I just left it out.It is working fine.
