Default Upper Control Arm Replacement-1991 Coupe

I am replacing the upper control arms on my 1991 after having the bushings replaced. There are 16 shims and 8 washer/spacers that are a part of the setup. I believe each of the main bolts that hold the upper control arms in place require 4 shims. 4 of the shims are smaller than the rest. Can someone please confirm each of the main bolts require 6 (3 on the back side and 3 on the front side) of the equally sized shims and 2 (one on the back side and 1 on the front side) of the smaller shims? Also, 2 of the washers/spacers are larger than the other 6. Can someone confirm the placement of the 2 larger sized washers/spacers? The GM service manual does not spell this out. Thanks.

just remove all the shims, and only use the spacers.
then find an alignment shop and have them do the toe.

Any idea where the larger washer/spacers should be placed?

Thanks. Do the large spacers go between the frame mount and the upper control arm closer to the engine or between the tightening nut and the upper control arm closer to the tire?

look at it carefully.
if you put the large spacer on the outside, what would it do ????
(answer) NOTHING. (think about it)
So, therefore it goes on the inside, and it creates positive caster.

now if you want a factory spec alignment, a shop will put in shims as necessary, but if your driving the car the way it was meant to be, leave all the shims out.
