On the drivers side of the manifold there is a vacume line between the two furthest back injectors. Installed in my super ram base is a plus that replaced the vaccume hookup. Do I need to remove the plug, or is this vacume line unnecessary or something....
Also Ill be installing the plenum tomorrow hopefuly ..:( I slotted all the bolts, and plan to pull them up using that method, but how should I make certain they get sufficient torque....
Fortuantely Im running out of questions.... Anyone know where I could get the connecter that hooks up to the knock sensor on the bottom of the passenger side of the block.

The vacuum line you mention is normally connected to the PCV valve and at least on 86 Vettes goes on to the left front of the car (cannot remember if to vacuum tank or charcoal cannister).
I used silicone on the gaskets, a very light coat, and tightened all the bolts and let it sit overnight before cranking. I do not have any leaks...knock on wood.
You can get the knock sensor pigtail from your local dealer and perhaps PepBoys.

What year is your car? Are you sure you're looking at a vacuum line port? If it's the vacuum line it goes to the brake booster (on my 87). Are you sure you're not looking at the cold start injector? I think on my base the injector inlet was plugged! If so, You'll have to eliminate the cold start injector all together and plug the fitting on the fuel rail. The fitting takes a special plug that you can order from LPE for about $10.

The fitting is not on the plenum, but rather on the manifold drivers side. It definately looks like vacuum and was on my original plenum so Iv switched them out.... I still dont know what attachs to it though.
