Need opinion on codes 41

my book says you screwed with the memcal and:
1. it's the wrong one
2. you didn't install it right
3. you bent a pin when you put it back in
4. the biggie
by screwing with the memcal, yu destroyed a circuit in the computer and it needs replacing

DTC 41 will set when the voltage on CKT 423 exceeds 4.6 volts and engine speed is less than 1,500rpm.....
