Now what?

I broke both the upper and lower alternator bracket over the weekend.

Jason from Vette2Vette had the lower but no upper. There wouldnt be an aftermarket or some other fix for the upper, would there?

Get one from a salvage yard, they can locate one if they do not have one.

I'm guessing you didn't brace the rear of alt after header install

i did same thing on 88 upper (put in larger alt, and was to lazy to file it down). took it to a local welder,he fixed it. i polished it and you cant tell it was ever broken. cost.....5$
