Back in April, I had my A4 rebuilt. Now when my car goes into OD and the RPM's are below 2k, and I slightly press the gas to speed up, the engine will bog down. If I step on it, the car will drive fine. Could this be, the TV cable out of adjustment?
Could possibly be the cats on the way out. Get under the car when it's cool and tap on the cat. If you hear a jingling sound then get thee to a muffler shop.

TIA
It is doubtful that the converter will cause a bog in 4th gear. No matter the rpm, if it is in fourth, it should handle lock up fine. If it vibrates, consider the converter. TV problems usually affect shift timing and/or shift quality. Therefore, not likely tv is the issue.
May want to check your TPS voltage, from closed throttle through WOT
should see a smooth increase from .54 at closed to over 4 volts at WOT, if voltage sticks or falls off while doing this it could be the TPS is failing.

I thought of that, but that would happen in all gears; not just 4th.
Rick made a good suggestion. Your TPS is not adjustable and I'm not sure if it should be the same voltage as the L98's. You can check it with a voltmeter. Turn the key on but don't start the engine. Use the voltmeter on the TPS and open the throttle slowly to WOT as you watch the voltage. If there is a point where the voltage stops or does not increase as it should while you are opening the throttle, you might have a TPS issue.
