i have a 86 vet ,ck engine light on all the time,code 33,runs rough lacks power,have replaced pwer and burn off relays,and ecm.i have been told i need a new prom but cant seem to find a factory part,i have been told this code is extremly difficult to fix any answers would be great,i just want to drive my car without that light t.y dan

You will need FSM (Factory Service Manual) to fix this problem, if you don't already have one. It's not difficult to fix once you have a troubleshooting diagram to follow. Perhaps Agent86 will help.
