And yes, I had a "Brand New" AC Delco pulsator in there. Until I replaced the pulsator, I just could not hold any pressure on my fuel rail.....I would not guarantee that was the fix, but I chased everything else, just as you did for awhile, and when I got rid of the pulsatoer, my problems went away!

Not sure if I'd keep that there on mine, but I'd definitely try it to see if thats the problem.
