Default DIACOM users, which cable to use?

I have the DIACOM plus system with there cables but cant find my book. Which cable do I use for the 1990 L98, 91007 GM 1982 and up, or the 91006 GM Special TPI?
THANKS, Steve

"The Diacom communication cable is supplied with a 12-pin ALDL adapter for 1982 and newer vehicles, a TPI adapter for '86-'89 5.0L and 5.7L TPI systems, and a ten foot cigarette lighter aux. power cord"

Thanks, but which adapter do I use on the 90, a 91007 or the 91006. I think its the 91007.

On mine, one physically says "82 and up" and on the other it says "TPI special" or something similar. My instruction manual never lists the 2 different cable numbers and only refers to them by the difference above. TPI special is only for 86-89 TPI...the 82-up cable is used for everything else.

Edit: I can't find my cables but if the 91007 cable is the one that says 1982 and up, that is the one to use.
