No fuel
Am rebuilding a 92 with 150k miles. Engine was rebuilt shortly before I bought it, but car has sat a lot. I have spark, and engine runs if I introduce fuel through intake. Installed new pump, put in fresh fuel. Checked fuse in fuse box. What did I miss?

Do you get any fuel pressure on the shrader valve ?
I would test the fuel pump on the ALDL.
Then fusiable link, fuel pump relay, oil pressure/fuel pump switch, module, wiring....

No fuel in lines from changing fuel pump. The GM Shop manual suggests that the SCM may be giving a fault, or otherwise the relay. However, to do the diagnosis you need a GM Tech I tool. I know about OBD I and II scan tools, will they work? I thought the Tech tool was bidirectional so you could send signals to check components as well. If the Tech I tool is different,where do you get one, other than $G$M?
