which relay is it?

Both of these relays are the exact same part. Which is which would depend on what harness wires go where. Someone may have replaced the relays and reassembled different from the factory.

What year? On mine the drivers side relay is the power relay, the passenger side is the burn off. This may help:

On my 86 the burnoff is facing toward the passenger side and the power is facing forward.
