I not going to do the runners till I do heads and base so I can port match all. Don't bother with a chip at this stage, use an AFPR to tune (see my dyno pulls and A/F ratio with just an AFPR).

Looks like a good list to me. Might want to also add a cam in there to give you some a bigger horse number :D. Most of those things are small horse items, a cam could get ya 50hp.
