finnaly got my car back from the mechanic and its amaizing, ive never driven a car thats so fast(probably becouse i havent driven many cars)and its got incredible torque but....its got quite a few flaws like you have to jam the gears in while driving(brand new stoch Zoom clutch and reserfaced fly wheel) and i dont have a clue if new clutches do that so some advice please. Another problem is that the car is really shaky,i dont know if its the new aggresive cam or if its the spark plug wires(my mechanic said there bad) and i need to know how to find out why the check engine light has been on even before all the mods.
I NEED HELP
on the "having to jam the gears" thing, your clutch is draging, and it should NOT be doing that. 'fraid I'm no hydraulic clutch expert, but take it immediately back to the shop that did the clutch and have them fix it. It's very much abnormal and will hurt your trans.
On the SES light, if it's 95 or older, there's a procedure to make the light flash the code, an internet search will reveal how and what the flashes mean, troubleshoot from there.
Autozone will loan you a scanner and look up the codes for you, too.
and i need to know how to find out why the check engine light has been on even before all the mods.

Step one. Order yourself a FSM (Factory Service Manual). You can pull the codes, and determine the source of the codes without a scanner, but you will need the FSM for the trouble shooting charts to track down the cause of the code(s) being set. Without the FSM, you will be flying blind. I can almost guarantee that you will waste money on unneeded parts if you don't have a good, logical, well thought out, diagnostic scheme.
Some of our cars come with balanced dual mass flywheels. This type of flywheel shouldn't be turned. If you replace the flywheel, the weights need to be added to the new one to keep the rotating assy balanced or a vibration will be present. This is a long shot since you seem to have a different motor, but I just thought I'd add my 2 cents in FWIW.
