Default Electrical help, please

Got a problem I've never seen or heard about...went to start my car last nite, and the battery was stone dead! Just as soon as I connected the battery charger, the Fuel pump realy started buzzing, the fuel pump started running, the MAF Power relay started buzzing, and the Fan came on.....I removed the relays, and after a few moments re-installed, and no more buzzing, and the fan didn't run, but the fuel pump kept on running....any idea's what might have happened?? My car is in the garage on jack stands, until I can replace the half-shaft and axle, but I had been starting it daily....no problems until last nite....nothing had been touched, and the car had not been moved.....the only strange thing was, the last time I had started it, I had gotten about 7 or 8 codes from the ECM that weren't there before: 15,23,33,34,42,24,22....but the car had not moved, and had been ok the previous day with no codes...

I'd start by cleaning battery connections.

Fuel pump relay could be stuck closed. Ignition switch not being activated by the rod coming from the ignition tumbler.
