DIP STICK WHAT IS THIS?

What is this on my Dip stick?
I looked at my transmission dip stick and noticied what it looked like to me were pencil graphite when I rubbed it on a towel.
I was wondering can some one tell me is this some I need to be concerned about like I am about to have some transmission problem are can I go and get the fluid changed and this will clear it up. :confused:

Well... while it is normal (in a way), that is a sign of wear. I would definitely change your tranny fulid, and use Mobil 1 ATF if possible. Kind of expensive, but seems to be some of the best stuff out there.
