I received a B&M Plus shifter as a gift. I put a query out on it, but got no replies. I haven't installed it yet. I think you can do the same thing by changing your chip.
The B&M simply connects to a couple of wires on the ECM. It will take longer to route the wires and mount the selector box than anything else. It looks easily reversible, so I may just stick it on and see what it does and pretty it up later (if it works).
Since I never received any responses, I doubt that they are very popular.
