quite some time ago I posted about my 87 not wanting to start when cold but fine afterward.
The feedback was "replace the COLD START FUSE". I printed out the replies and of course, tonight when I went to do it, I couldn't find the damn print out.
Could someone please re-advise me as to where the CSF is located.
Many thanks, I will check CF tomorrow after work. Maybe will still have daylight left.

Yes, remove the radio/ac controler bezel (4 or so screws). Then remove the DIC (where the SES and security lights are) and you will see a fuel block. There are a few different fuses there and it should say which one is for the CSV. It's a 5a fuse. If it is good, use a test light on the fuse while cranking (only gets 12v when cranking), but the engine temp has to be below 95*f for it to light up (if above 95*f the fuse will not light up). It gets it's 12v from the starter solenoid. If the fuse is good and still not starting cold, start troubleshooting the CSV circuitry. You will need a test light and ohm meter to do it correctly.
